Why You Need To Learn To Manage Your Stress?
More than ever before, our wellbeing is so important to our lives, we constantly face a number of challenging factors in day-to-day life. Stresses surround us in every part of our life such as the global pandemic, the consistent fast pace of life, and conflicts of many kinds, both big and small.
The sources of stress are everywhere and generally affecting our emotions negatively. Our wellbeing is often influenced by our surroundings and the emotions of other people.
But the source of the stress and the automatic negativity from it doesn’t have to rule your world.
As an NLPAA (Neuro Linguistic Programming Association of Australia) accredited life coach and qualified yoga instructor, through my sessions I will introduce you to some mindset techniques which, when implemented into your daily life, will allow you to say goodbye to the dark cloud of stress that constantly hovers over you.
These easy and simple techniques will assist you in taking control of your mind and giving you the power to change your default feelings from negative to positive.
How Will The Seminar Be Delivered?
The seminar takes approximately 1 hour.
It starts with a brief explanation of what stress is. After this we invite you to dig around in your mind and identify the cause of one of your stresses. There may be more than one area which weighs you down, but for the purpose of the seminar it's best to choose just one or the biggest cause of stress for you and work on it throughout the seminar.
I will then share with you some simple and invaluable stress management techniques. After each technique is explained, we will take some time aside and would then like you to apply that technique to your chosen stress.
As the seminar progresses you will be able to see and feel how your stress levels can be reduced and in return, gain more control back over your life.
The seminar will end with a relaxing mindfulness session.
Results From The Previous Seminars
At the beginning of the seminar, I ask the participants to give their stress a ranking on a scale of 0 to 10. 0 is absolutely no issue for you. 10 is a serious effect on being able to function properly.
Each technique is practiced, then the participants reassess their stress using the same scale.
Here are some results from previous participants that joined my 1-hour seminar. It shows the ranking of their stress level at the beginning and the end of the seminar.
Participant J: 10 —> 1
Participant M: 8 —> 0
Participant S: 9 —> 0
Participant H: 6 —> 3
Participant V: 8 —> 5
They achieved dramatic improvement within 1 hour, reducing the level of their stress in their life or completely dissolving it.
Why Many Of The Participants Achieved A Huge Transformation In Just 1 Hour?
Some of the techniques I share in my seminar are tools of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). NLP is a proven way of helping change your thoughts and behaviours to let you achieve your desired life.
Some of the tools help gain control of your default emotional settings at the subconscious level; others can give you an "Aaha" moment by being able to view your problems from a different perspective, and you can often change the way you feel in a short period of time.
The NLP technique allows you to release yourself from the stress and negativity you've been burdened with and it often doesn’t need hours or days to change that self-dialogue to set you free.
In the 1-hour session we give you all the practical teachings you need. Past participants have been able to reduce their given stress and many have been able to completely rid themselves of the stress that was controlling their lives.
