  • Stress Management Workshop

    This one-hour workshop provides effective tools that your employee can apply to stresses they may have in order to reduce or eliminate them. We use proven Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) methods to reduce negative emotions and help your staff to build more confidence within themselves so that they are not being controlled by their stresses anymore.
    In the workshop, we start with the participants choosing particular stress that they may have and ask them to rank it on a scale of 1 to 10. After teaching them the NLP methods, we ask the participants to apply the techniques to their particular stress and then ask them again to rank their chosen stress to see how much it has been reduced.

    Similar to the Stress Management Workshop, we share with your employees the NLP stress management methods to help get their stress under control. This workshop also focuses on mindfulness techniques in order to bring a further sense of peace, relaxation and gratitude to daily life as well as reducing the power that stress has on their life.

  • Stress Release Yoga Workshop

    There are some fantastic benefits of incorporating yoga poses and breathing exercises whilst also learning about stress management techniques. We have found that when people are relaxed, they are more open to change, and their ability to solve their problems is increased. Making this session very powerful and persuasive.
    The NLP methods are taught throughout the custom Stress Release Yoga BB workshop between poses. This workshop balances the body while also balancing the mind.

Why Did So Many Participants Experience a Massive Change in Just One Hour?

 

Some of the methods we teach in our workshop are based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is a proven way of helping change your thoughts and behaviours to let you achieve your desired life.

Some of the tools help gain control of your default emotional settings at the subconscious level; others can give you an "Aaha" moment by being able to view your problems from a different perspective, and you can often change the way you feel in a short period of time.

The NLP technique enables you to free yourself from the stress and negativity you have been carrying around, and it often doesn’t need hours or days to change that self-dialogue to set you free.

We cover all the necessary practical instruction in the one-hour session. Past participants have been able to reduce their given stress and many have been able to completely rid themselves of the stress that was controlling their lives.

According to WorkCover Queensland, on average, 6.5 working days of productivity are lost annually per employee as a result of inactive presenteeism. This is when employees are at work but are not being productive due to stress, disengagement or lack of focus, among other things.

Australian Human Rights Commission website states that according to research, every dollar spent on identifying, supporting, and case-managing employees with mental health issues returns nearly 500 percent in increased productivity (through higher work output and reduced sick and other leave).

Assessment Report

 

We can give you a report with insightful information about your employee wellbeing based on the survey the participants complete.

The report will simply present the average stress levels across all participants for each work-related stress component (ie; job content, job demand, physical work environment, relationship at work, etc). You can utilise this information to manage your staff's wellbeing moving forwards.

The report also includes a brief summary of the workshop results, which is the average level of stress experienced by participants before and after the session.

This report is optional.
