With easy yet powerful practices like yoga, mindfulness and other stress management strategies, we provide you with the techniques to help you thrive in life.

Our Story
Kyoko's journey with yoga began at the age of 4, with her Japanese grandmother being her first ever yoga teacher. As she grew, her fascination with yoga deepened, leading her to dedicate years of her life to the practice. She then completed yoga instructor training in Byron Bay, Australia.
Through her profound connection with yoga, Kyoko realised that true happiness resides within ourselves, independent of external factors like relationships, social status or material possessions. At times these external factors take over and make it hard for us to find our happiness.
Following this, Kyoko wanted more tools to access inner happiness and contentment, and became an accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) master life coach. Utilising the potent stress management techniques of NLP, she has successfully transformed the lives of countless clients and workshop participants.
Her background as a business/finance consultant in Japan, working 14-hour days, and then a CPA in Australia exposed her to the stressful corporate world. This experience helped Kyoko recognise the critical need for change. However, her driving force was not solely focused on personal escape; rather, she aspired to leverage her own transformative journey to empower and uplift others within the workplace.
Through Yoga BB, she has integrated wellbeing activities into businesses in Australia, and she aims to bring bigger transformations to Australia and beyond.
